Following your assement by a physical therapist treatment can include:

  • Balance training
  • Specific vestibular exercises
  • Canalith Re-positioning Maneuvers (moving particles/crystals of the inner ear)
  • Gaze stabilization exercises

You will be given an individualized treatment and exercise plan that will be tailored to your goals and improve your life.
