When trigger points release, pain decreases and mobility increases. Dry needling works on both chronic and acute conditions.

Manual Physical Therapy includes interventions focusing on hands-on, direct contact therapy to diagnose and treat. Our therapists all utilize a hands-on approach to treatment. This involves joint mobilizations, joint manipulation, soft tissue mobilization, or mobilization of neural tissue among others.

Post Surgical

We work closely with your doctor to ensure the speediest recovery possible. We routinely help with total joint replacements, rotator cuff repair, ACL repair, fractures, and more. Physical therapy both pre and post surgery is proven to help you recover faster and more completely.

Sport Specifc

We apply scientific knowledge to train athletes for the primary goal of improving athletic performance. We conduct sport-specific testing sessions, design and implement safe and effective strength training and conditioning programs and provide guidance regarding nutrition and injury prevention.

These problems can be especially prevalent in older, pregnant, and especially athletic individuals. Physical therapy can help you address and treat these conditions.
